Project Description
Grid was hired by the WSP to assist in the development of a harmonized framework for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) that will guide the post-disaster and post-engineering investigations performed by the DOTs. The framework, which will soon become publicly available, will bolster ongoing disaster preparedness initiatives, will facilitate the modernization of existing emergency response plans, and promote knowledge transfer among the various DOTs.
