Climate-aware Resilience for Sustainable Critical and Interdependent Transport, Energy, Systems, Lifelines and Assets

Horizon Europe program for research and innovation (Grant ID: 101086413), coordinated by Grid Engineers, aiming to develop an integrated framework toward a practical visualization platform for optimization and streamlining of climate resilience and whole-life carbon emission assessments for interdependent Transport, Energy, Systems, Lifelines, and Assets. This 4-year project will harness the power of digital technologies to showcase the implementation of the developed platform in real-world assessments of critical infrastructure in Switzerland, Portugal, and Greece. In addition to innovation, the initiative includes an ambitious training program, including workshops, masterclasses, and training schools to augment the skills and career perspective of researchers, engineers, and practitioners, as well as stakeholders involved in the management and operation of critical infrastructure.
The project is based on a partnership among 7 leading academic institutions from Europe and the US, 5 industrial partners, including 4 SMEs, and a research and technology center.
