Coordination of an EU-funded research project

GRID ENGINEERS proudly participate in the research project RECHARGED- Climate-aware Resilience for Sustainable Critical and interdependent Infrastructure Systems enhanced by emerging Digital Technologies.

RECHARGED is a multi-disciplinary, synergetic research endeavor among 14 collaborative institutions and SMEs aiming to deliver a practical visualisation platform for the optimization and streamlining of climate resilience and whole-life carbon emission assessments of interdependent transport and energy systems, lifelines, and assets. GRID has been also granted the coordination of the € 1.6Μ budget of the project which comprises research, training, and outreach activities in Europe and the US.
