Invited talk by Dr. Rallis Kourkoulis

On the 28th of September, the managing director of Grid Engineers, Dr. Rallis Kourkoulis, was invited by the Earthquake Group of the National Institute of Standards and Technology to deliver an invited talk entitled ‘Investing in Resilience: analyzing the value chain to maximize returns’. The lecture was very well received by the audience which included government officials at US Departments of Transportation, consultants, academics and NIST collaborators.
