Short-course delivered by one of our senior consultants

In the mid of February Dr. Marianna Loli, our resilience and stakeholder-engagement expert  will deliver a 3-hour short course on the development of a Risk-based framework for prioritizing rehabilitation actions in flood-risk bridges. The course will be hosted by the Chair of Geotechnical Engineering of ETH Zurich. The course will cover some latest findings on the modeling and assessment of the scour threat, will describe in detail the hydrodynamic stressing of bridge foundation, and will present an interesting case study from the Ianos Medicane in Central Greece.
