When the floods of 2022 swept across Pakistan, they left behind more than damaged homes and broken roads — they reshaped lives. Entire communities were uprooted, livelihoods washed away, and critical infrastructure left in ruins. Today, as Pakistan rebuilds, the challenge is no longer just recovery — it’s resilience.

Our team is proud to be part of this national effort through a new World Bank–funded project under the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Tracking the Flow of Funds (ME3F) framework. The initiative supports Pakistan’s reconstruction by assessing whether rebuilt infrastructure — from roads and bridges to hydraulic systems and homes — is not only restored but also ready to withstand the next storm.

Working alongside Grouphuit, specialists in hydraulic engineering, and PITCO, a trusted Pakistani firm bringing deep local knowledge, we’re combining global expertise with on-the-ground insight. Together, we’ll enhance the World Bank’s HARMA platform to create a more powerful tool for flood resilience assessment, while conducting field evaluations and Value-for-Money analyses to ensure reconstruction efforts truly deliver for communities.

This project isn’t just about measuring progress — it’s about building confidence that every bridge, every culvert, and every rebuilt home contributes to a safer, more climate-resilient future.

As implementation unfolds, we’ll share insights and stories from the field — tracking how data, design, and determination come together to turn recovery into resilience. Updates coming soon.
