The plan seamlessly integrates several older industrial buildings now supporting the University’s academic mission and administrative offices.

Our team was hired as expert consultants of MRCE (NYC) to evaluate possible topographic effects (generated by the deep sedimentary bathtub on which the development is founded) such as modification of the free-field horizontal motion, generation of parasitic vertical motion and zones of amplified ground motion.
