We are strong believers in the development and utilisation of robust financial models to support decision-making throughout a project’s preparation, structuring, procurement and delivery phases. Whilst multiple inputs from various stakeholders are required at a project’s various phases, we are always in favour of developing a master model that is understood and acknowledged by all parties involved and that acts as a consensus platform to review scenarios, assess sensitivities, and share outputs and analysis as required.
