Procurement Advisory

We act as lead advisors to Governments and GREs on preparation for and execution of project procurement processes throughout the stages of a procurement process. Particularly in developing or emerging economies, we work seamlessly with multilateral and development institutions to ensure that a project is structured in a way that is bankable whilst preserving value for and protecting the contingent exposure of the hosting economy.

We work with developing economy Governments on mobilising capital for landmark projects, and can engage with climate-focused development funds to identify, structure and execute hybrid funding solutions, including development and multilateral capital and concessional support.
